In the family of Christmas teatimes, here's a newcomer... The one prepared by Lutetia new pastry chef, Nicolas Guercio. The chef arrived in June 2019 and throws a Christmas teatime to enjoy from December 1, 2019 to January 5, 2020.
Picture this, salmon, crab, foie gras, as well as champagne yule log and Mont-Blanc served with coffee or a nice cup of hot cocoa in the beautiful Salon Saint-Germain, so wonderful with its historic glass roof in a Art Déco style... Can you see the picture?
This teatime will make you lose track of time. And we must say the menu provided by the chef is very mouthwatering.

Whole weat bread, semi cooked foie gras, Espelette pepper
White bread, crab, coral mayonnaise and lemon
Multi grain bread, smoked salmon, Isigny fresh cream and dill
Ardèche chestnut and blackcurrant Mont Blanc
Yule log, Champagne rosé, grapefruit and strawberry
Citrus cream puffs
Cranberries and four-spice mille-feuille
Homemade honey and pine nuts brioche with seasonal jams and Devonshire clotted cream
This Christmas teatime is the occasion to try the yule log created by Chef Nicolas Guercio, a red Christmas bulb filled with champagne rosé mousse, grapefruit cream and raspberry confit topping crunchy puff rice mix... A treat that will make you want to book a table for Christmas eve dinner.
