Between the Place de la Concorde and the Faubourg Saint-Honoré, Blossom is the secret meeting place that is surprisingly quiet and charming.
If in spring, blossoming apple trees of the inner garden filter the air with their fruity smells, in winter, it’s the discreet charm of a winter garden that Sofitel Paris Le Faubourg guests enjoy. Three lovely fountains come and add their lively murmur to this bucolic picture.
In the room open onto this lovely patio, cane sofas with big throw pillows give the restaurant a winter garden vibe. You feel the garden spirit everywhere. Inside and outside intertwin, as if they were remembering us that a few steps from the Golden Triangle, nature and haute couture live at the pace of the same seasons.
Cooking at Blossom, we have the charming choc duo trained to grand cuisine but also daring to break the codes: chef Alexandre Auger and pastry chef Shereen Khelif. This year again, they combined their talents to concoct a quality New Year’s Eve menu, available for €190 excluding drinks:
