Galanga is the excellent restaurant set within hotel Monsieur George, in Paris 8^th arrondissement. If you have never had the occasion yet to discover this wonderful gourmet place, then, make the most of the Holidays 2022 to give it a go!

For New Years Eve 2022-2023, chef Thomas Danigo has planned a very nice menu, for €280 per person, excluding drinks. And if you have already planned your NYE night, you can still go to Galanga on New Year’s Day, the menu will be the same, so you can start 2023 off right!
