For this Christmas 2019, Eddie Benghanem offers us a wonderful yule log coming straight out of the forest… Trianon Palace Versailles pastry chef innovates for years and has been inspired by his works environment to create this original yule log flavored with lime. And if we tell you about this creation it’s because it’s delicious and available in Paris to withdraw on December 24, 25 and 31, 2019 at Hilton Opéra!
Laying on a dark chocolate base looking like raw wood, Eddie Benghanem has come up with 6 little individual lime cakes. If the look is great, the chef boasts about making a yule log with classic but strong flavors likely to delight all lemon fans. The yule log is made of light vanilla cream entremets, salted butter caramel, a layer of confit Corsican lemon, hazelnut cake, crispy pecan base. Did he say simple?
And there’s something fantastic with Eddie Benghanem, the chef always thinks about making edible decors (that may be even more delicious than his cakes!). Here we have crunchy milk chocolate, praline and Piedmont hazelnut mix to die for!
Moreover, he’s created nice chocolate figures shaped like very cute animals, perfect for your table centerpiece. Inside, we have homemade caramels made by Trianon Palace team with unrefined sugars. Small gems likely to please children and adults.
A collection likely to be eaten in no time!
