For the Holidays, Pierre Hermé takes us to a celestial and magical extravaganza. His Christmas and New Year’s collection revolves around seven-arm stars and is the promise of a great celebration. As per usual, the Picasso of pastry signs an XXL collection likely to make everyone happy.
Between the seven yule logs, including the signature vegan one, the three entremets for an interstellar New Year, the pyramids of macarons and tasty chocolates, Holidays are about to be flavorful.

The signature yule log
Did you know? Earlier this year, Pierre Hermé created in partnership with La Maison du Chocolat two vegan and gluten-free chocolate pastries that have been very successful. So much that Pierre Hermé’s signature yule loge 2020 is a re-interpretation of one of the two creations: the one based on dark chocolate and blackcurrant. To surprise your guests even more, you can present it in its bright and chocolate box for a magical touch. Called Fleur de Cassis, this indulging creation is worth it!
Composition: blackcurrant pepper crumble, soft chocolate cake, Pure origine Bélize, district de Cayo, Plantation Xibun chocolate ganache with blackcurrant and blackcurrant pepper, dark chocolate chunks with fleur de sel

The Celian yule log (serving 4: €48 – serving 8: €82)
This tasty creation based on chestnut and clementine is likely to take you back to your sweetest family memories. Guilty pleasure and indulgence for this delicious yule log.

Plaisir Intense yule log (serving one: €8.90 – serving 4: €48 – serving 8: €82 – travel size for 6: €75)
This one will make chocolate lovers love it to the moon and back. Based on chocolate, whipped cream and praline, this cocoa yule log will make foodies melt with pleasure thanks to its many textures. Good news, it is also available in travel size and can be delivered all around mainland France.

Ispahan yule log (serving one: €8.90 – serving 4: €48 – serving 8: €82)
Pierre Hermé fans no longer need Ispahan to be introduced as it is part of the macaron master’s greatest recipes. Genuine twirl of fruity and floral flavors mixing rose, lychee and raspberry, this lovely yule log is as beautiful as tasty.

This is a travel-inducing yule log. Jardin de l’Atlas takes us straight to Morocco with exotic pairings. Orange, lemon, honey, orange blossom, the Mediterranean sun is getting a seat at your Christmas table.

Infiniment Pistache frozen yule log (serving 6 : €71)
Perfect to finish a hearty Christmas meal with something light, the frozen yule log is a must. This year, Pierre Hermé shines a light on Iranian pistachio in all shapes with this chill creation.

Three star recipes by the house are available: Ispahan based on rose, lychee and raspberry, Jardin de l’Atlas mixing orange, lemon, honey and orange blossom, as well as Plaisir Intense with chocolate, praline and whipped cream. All in all, three hearty entremets serving 6 to 8 people likely to strike everybody on New Year’s Eve!
