This year, Angelina expects to make you enjoy a Polar Christmas thanks to this creation yule log 2019 as elegant as tasty.

Available in limited edition, the Boréale. For this creation, the chefs of the Maison have been inspired by the snow-covered mountains and winter flavors. These valleys unveil a chocolate shell, crispy hazelnut napoleon, a tasty touch of praline cream, as well as a heart made of orange zests and compote with Tonka bean.

Allow €79 for this yule log serving 8 to 10. We can also have it in individual size for €10 on site or €8.50 to take away.

Second creation for fresh flavors lovers, the Bûche Exotique. Picture this, a crispy coconut base to marry passion fruit and mango, a tasty and light vanilla mousse, lemon cream heart, the whole covered in desiccated coconut.

Allow €47 for the exotic yule log serving 4 to 6 and €74 serving 8 to 10. You can also enjoy it in individual size for €10 on site and €8.50 to take away.

We have the Mont Blanc yule log: an emblematic creation with meringue, light whipped cream and chestnut cream, always in vermicelli. A main treat we can enjoy with friends and family.
