Winter chalet 2018-2019 at Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme

From November 24, 2018 to March 15, 2019, Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme chalet is back on its winter terrace. For this new edition, the winter chalet has been created from a former sheep pen to give you a cozy and comfortable chalet for a sweet break.

Winter is here and with this new season, some hotels and restaurant in Paris turn their terraces into winter terraces for the Holidays.

It’s what Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme is offering from November 24, 2018 to March 15, 2019 with its winter chalet especially redisgned for the occasion.

Built from a former sheep pen, this winter chalet is both intimate and warm displaying a decor made of snowy mountains where it will feel good to take shelter all along winter.

Inside, guests can enjoy, around a large table covered in a raw and plain cloth, the irresistibe Raclette Montagnarde [Mountain Raclette] by Park-Hyatt Paris-Vendôme executive chef Jean-François Rouquette along with Saint Nicklaus cheese, baby potatoes as well as a charcuterie selection from the Alps. A Palace version is served with truffled for raclette amateurs.

Regarding Jimmy Mornet, he will offer guests a chilled and sour sweet treat.

Around this winter chalet, guests can enjoy a vibrant area including homemade mulled wine from 4 p.m., hot chocolate (blend of chocolates: caramelia, dulcey and guanaja seasonned vanilla, Tonka and cinnamon the whole binded with a dash hazelnut paste) by Jimmy Mornet or the teatime called "Le Goûter des Cîmes" including a crepe or a waffle and a hot drink of your choice from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
