A huge vaccination center is to soon open in Nanterre, “as soon as the vaccination target is extended and vaccine provision enable it”, the Hauts-de-Seine Prefecture told France Bleu.
Biggest arena in Europe, Paris La Défense Arena is the site chosen by the department to settle the vaccination hub expected to vaccinate over 1,000 people in a day. The prefecture also said this mega vaccination center will open to complete the department’s “ambulatory centers”.
For the record, several vaccination hubs are expected to open everywhere in France, as people aged 60+ can get vaccinated starting mid-April.
