Hôtel Prince de Galles gets a new pastry chef, Tristan Rousselot, who offers you a very original Easter 2020 creation. Indeed, the famous palace, ideally set in the heart of the Golden Triangle, unveils "Light", a playful chocolate work that looks more like an art object than an Easter chocolate.
Named Light, this is a unique creation since it's a nightstand lamp perfectly working thanks to a LED lighting system sold along with a remote enabling to turn the lamp on and even change the colors depending on your mood.
But of course, the structure of this round and bronze colored lamp can be eaten. It's made of delicious dark chocolate Cuvé Kilti from Haiti and 66% of cocoa. A vintage coming from an exclusive sustainable, organic and eco-friendly production matching the pastry chef's values.
The whole creates a sophisticated work but careful, you may want to keep it as a decorative item on your nightstand or a nice sideboard.
In other words, a wonderful tribute to Art déco that reminds us of the hotel's artistic universe.
