Once again, Le Bristol Paris pastry chef Julien Alvarez blows us away and seduces us with his creation designed for Easter 2019.
It’s when travelling in South Italy that Julien Alvarez found the inspiration that will lead him to create his Easter egg. Like something that would have been made by ceramist artists, he created an egg like a superb candle holder.
The egg is made of 73% Jamaican dark chocolate, here colored in spotless white, that draws the letter “B”, emblematic signature of the palace. It couldn’t be any smarter!
