This year, Hotel Nolinksi celebrates Easter 2018.
For his second Paschal creation, and after Nolinski “Piou-Piou”, Yann Brys – head of sweet creation at Evok Hôtels Collection and Meilleur Ouvrier de France, designed an “adult” version of the Easter Bunny!
Based on dark chocolate, it features a gilded milk chocolate headband.
Composition: 70% Dark chocolate body, ears made of 46% milk chocolate.
