This spring, Café Pouchkine leaves us the choice to fulfill taste buds for this new Easter.
On the menu of this Easter 2018 collection?
inspired by the decorative items of the famous Russian jeweler Fabergé, this Easter egg is not only beautiful but tasty as well. Available in dark grand cru chocolate (67% cocoa, recognizable with its hazelnut and tonka bean hints), or milk chocolate (40% cocoa, recognizable with its vanilla hints), it will fulfill choco-addicts’ taste buds.
The filling is made of tiny nougatine, caramel ganache and hazelnut praline eggs.

How can you resist these “quilted” eggs garnished with “croustibilles” (small marbles with crispy cereals and coated with chocolate).

Under a light milk chocolate mousse and a gooey hazelnut cream, this dessert shaped like a stylized nest combines a walnut brownie with dark chocolate cream lightly freshened up with kefir lime.
