A creation the editorial board test-tasted. For the presentation, the trompe-l'oeil is very striking and works wonders. It is very playful and we really want to dive our spoon (or soldier) in. As far as taste is concerned, the egg is a nice promise with a balace of very interesting flavors, the vanilla mousse compensating for the sweetness of caramel that compensates the sourness of the mangor sorbet. The almond cake adds some very interesting chewiness. In other words, an impeccable creation for foodies.
