New Easter celebrations call for a new chocolate creation for Hôtel Barrière Le Fouquet’s Paris.
This year, the new hotel pastry chef Anthony Coquereau has come up with a chocolate egg inspired by an airship. The idea? Flying up in the air to celebrate the upcoming opening of the Hotel Fouquet's in New York. A gustatory journey across the Atlantic, inspired by French-American flavors for children's and grown-ups' greatest joy.
Entirely made of chocolate, this hand-painted creation displaying the colors of Fouquet's, will make you fall in love with it! It rests on a crunchy white chocolate cloud filled with light vanilla marshmallow, and stuffed with delicious milk chocolate, praline rose and hazelnut dark chocolate cookies. These flavors are a nod to the both French and American cultures. The biggest sweet-toothed of you will also be delighted to learn the wings of this chocolate airship are based on praline and pecans, for a genuine gustatory flight.
