Pastry chef Nina Métayer is not done delighting us. After opening her online patisserie called Délicatisserie and her tearoom store at Printemps du Goût, Nina Métayer now reveals her creations 2022 for Easter.
Among the most original Easter cakes, here are scrumptious creations likely to please everyone.
Here is a very original Easter chocolate. A magnificent thorough work to make an elegant and sparkling egg inspired by the leaves of olive branches. A wonderful 700g gem hidding many treats within: crunchy sea salt praline, hazelnuts and almonds coated in Linnolat plant-based chocolate coming in milk, dark or caramel version depending on bonbons.
Nina Métayer presents her chocolate pastry created in partnership with Kalios. L'Olivier is the name of this surprising but tasty entremets. This beauty also displays the lace of the olive branch based on cocoa tuile, and is made 02 Kalios olive oil cocoa cake and chopped Kalamata olives, 66% dark chocolate mousse, lemon zests (Bachès citrus), chocolate shortbread, sea salt and chocolate glazing.
First hypnotized by chocolate, we then are seduced by praline delivering Kalamata olive flavors pairing the cake just well. A bit of lemon and this is heaven.
