What if for Easter, you were giving a wonderful Easter chocolate to share (or not) with your guests? These beautiful chocolate creations, we owe them to Eddie Benghanem, pastry chef of Trianon Palace Versailles, set just a stone's throw from the Palace of Versailles.
For Easter 2018, pastry chef Eddie Benghamen came up with a limited collection featuring 7 chocolate creations illustrating farm animals (a pig, a cow, a sheep, a donkey and a rabbit) to create the Hameau du Trianon Palace Versailles [Trianon Palace Versailles’s Hamlet].
The donkey and the cow are made out of dark chocolate and the sheep, the rabbit and the pig are mostly made out of white chocolate. Each piece is set on a chocolate base holding a gourmet mix of praline eggs and an assortment of mini chocolates.
20-cm high, these creations are available on order, 48 hours prior, and cost €50 each.
So, how about inviting an animal to Easter lunch?
