After an enchanted Christmas, and an indulging Epiphany, the prestigious palace pastry chef, Matthieu Carlin takes us to another universe to celebrate Easter. For chocolate-addicts' greatest joy, he unveils an uncommon chocolate egg that may be holding a great secret!
On the menu, 900g of 66% dark chocolate. A mallet is included with the creation and when you will be ready to smash it, you will then discover a dry fruit and nut mix with French hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios, raisins and candied lemons... Only tasty food!
Inside this highly chocolatey creation hides a praline chocolate egg, a regressive treat likely to delight children and adults. This Easter creation is available in limited edition, only 150 samples. And if you are lucky, you may find the golden egg! It will take you to an indulging teatime at the hotel's winter garden. Preorders start from April 1st to collect from Friday April 15 to Monday 18, 2022.
