Paris Hotel de Crillon celebrates Easter too and offers kids their traditional egg hunt on Sunday April 1, 2018. Like Ritz Paris or Fouquet’s Barrière, Hotel de Crillon thinks about families as well and concocted you a special brunch served in the three Salons Historiques.
On the menu, a buffet of savory and sweet dishes including the famous Easter lamb, the oysters from ïle Callot exclusively for Hotel de Crillon, wonderfully displayed on buffets created by chef Jérôme Tixier.
On the menu of the Sweet Buffet: brioche feuilletée, assortment of viennoiseries, cannelés, assortment of cakes to accompany your coffee, Paris-Brest, organic strawberry tart, hematite, jasmine flower, varied fruits verrines, buffet of Easter-decorated cakes, Basque cake by the cut for the end of dessert.
On the menu of the Savory Buffet: Easter lamb, osyters, Iberian cuts platter, smoked salmon served with blinis and seaweed butter waffles, varied seasonal verrines and salads (beef tartare with horseradish, cucumber gazpacho, lobster tiramisu, white asparagus, etc...), riped cheese platter.
On the menu of egg animation: upon client's request, the chef proposes scrambled eggs, omelette, as a main course with a side of their choice or a casserole egg with foie gras!
