This year, for Easter 2020, Meilleur Ouvrier de France Chocolatier and La Maison du Chocolat chocolate-maker Nicolas Cloiseau takes us onboard for extraordinary travels.

This year again, the chef takes us to lovely places. This time, we'll set sail for the southern seas to discover the finest cocoas: Grenada, Ghana, Vietnam, to awaken our senses.

Moving on to the look, the chef decided to return to his childhood years with chickens and chicks traveling on the sea. Playful and steampunk-cartoon-like creations, we love. And let's not forget it, Easter is first and foremost a family holiday.

On the menu:

The Vaisseau Oeuf Extraordinaire: we have a magnificient fish-shaped submarine, a rusty chocolate ship, cracked and patched up laying on a reef with chicks on board. Entirely made by hand, it's based on dark, milk and ivory chocolate. Gigantic egg including a reef of eleven pierced eggs, a chick and two hens, a framework, screws, slabs, taps and pipes made of chocolate.
