For this Easter 2018, Maison Lenôtre chose to give Easter Island and its many and wonderful turtles pride of place that Lenôtre head of creation Guy Krenzer was lucky enough to observe on a mission there.
Guy Krenzer and Marc Sibold, the house chocolate chef, created together this lovely collection of three chocolatey turtles: Calice, Chléa and Crush.
On the occasion, two different chocolates have been used: one, with 70% cocoa, is a blend of beans from Ghana, Tanzania and Sao Tomé. The other with milk is based on 37.5% cocoa.
