For this Easter 2018, Pierre Hermé fulfills the most demanding gourmet taste buds with splendid and exquisite chocolate eggs, bunnies and chickens to be discovered from February 28 to April 8, 2018!

Every year, they arise admiration and make our taste buds feel very good… I’m obviously speaking about Easter chocolate that, this year again, are likely to meet gourmet people’s expectations.

Proof of it with this new collection thought up and created by Pierre Hermé who decided to defy material by offering different eggs as well as chickens and rabbits that children will make short work of it!

LAPINS ET POULES DE FRANÇOIS POMPON
Through this collection, Pierre Hermé celebrates clean lines and curves of François Pompon’s sculptures. In terms of flavors, strawberry, passion fruit, blond chocolate as well as dark chocolate Pure Origine Madagascar, Plantation Millot, 68% cocoa and milk chocolate of the Maison are to be enjoyed. Each subject, excluding the smaller ones, are filled with assorted mini eggs.

For this Panettone, Pierre Hermé used a natural yeast and a flour coming from Italy. He improved it with candied orange chunks and dark chocolate Pure Origine Venezuela Grand Cru Aragunai chunks.
