Easter chocolates 2018 in Paris by Dalloyau

This year, for Easter 2018, Maison Dalloyau gets inspired by superheroes’ fantastic universe. Without further ado, discover the e-gg-xcellent masked and chocolatey “HEROEUFS” by Dalloyau!

This spring, make sure you’re ready to discover the fantastic universe of the super “HEROEUFS”.

For this Easter 2018, Maison Dalloyau  chefs (Johan Giacchetti, Nicolas Boucher and Jérémy Del Val) and the house art director (Laurent Dagot) came up with a collection inspired by superheroes.

The outcome is an entremets, eggs as well as four super chocolate “HEROEUFS” that will fulfill gourmet kids’ and adults’ taste buds.

Fall for this entremets based on chocolate and pecan chunks brownie with a pecan cream and mousse combined to a cocoa Russian biscuit and a pear and forest pepper compote.

These chocolate and masked eggs are made of a flower salt caramel, almond-hazelnut crispy praline or a sunflower seeds and caramelized sunflower seeds praline.
