To celebrate Epiphany 2024, chocolate chef Jean-Paul Hévin has created an almond cream galette studded with Grand Cru chocolate chips. A tasty galette sure to please the whole family.

Every year, chocolatier and pastry chef Jean-Paul Hévin imagines a delicious galette des Rois featuring exceptional cocoa that he has sourced from the four corners of the globe. And for Epiphanie 2024, the famous chef Hévin has created a galette with a round, golden shape that celebrates the curves of Paris.

Beneath two puff pastries - a plain puff pastry and a dark chocolate puff pastry - gourmets young and old won't be able to resist its tasty almond cream studded with chocolate chips made from Grand Cru du Pérou cocoa and its Grand Cru du Pérou dark chocolate cream. A real delight!

Fine, this galette, christened Neige à Paris, is very good, and if we tasted it cold, the chef tells us it's even better after 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 170°C (turn off the oven, eh!).
