For Epiphany 2022, Hotel de Crillon offers you a scrumptious Epiphany Cake created by chef Matthieu Carlin. Think traditional cake with a nice taste of frangipane, a dash of clementine as a bonus. Carefil, it is limited from January 3 to 9, so, you better hurry!

For the Epiphany 2022, Hôtel de Crillon pastry chef Matthieu Carlin provides us with a very tasty Epiphany Cake but that remains very traditional. Surrounded by puff pastry, some light and creamy frangipane flavored with clementine through marmalade.

Like the yule log that was shaped like a mountain sleigh, the Epiphany Cake is decorated with snowflakes. Yet, please note this Epiphany Cake is very limited: only 100 samples.

This delicious cake serves 6 to 8 and is available from January 3, 2022, for €45 and can be ordered online.
