This first Babka des Rois 2022 is based on buttery brioche dough, like a shortcrust, filled with creamy Californian almond-based frangipane. On top, the brioche is folded like a croissant and after baking, it is glazed with acacia honey. Allow €36 for the babka, serving 6 to 8 foodies, and €16 for the version serving four.

But Epiphany 2022 is also the occasion to discover the second Babka des Rois created by the team and for your entire family: the Babka des Rois with two sesames. Inside this buttery and croissant-folded brioche, a white and black sesame frangipane! It is available for €38 serving 8 to 10 foodies at Babka Zana!
