ForEpiphany, chef François Perret unveils a beautiful galette des rois 2024, with its inverted puff pastry, melting frangipane and crunchy almonds. Available from January 2, 2023, to order or take away from the store, at €65 per galette for 6/8 people.

Alternatively, there's another sweet treat to satisfy even the most discerning palate: ! An individual version of the traditional galette des rois, to be enjoyed for 9€. On sale by click & collect at the Ritz Paris Le Comptoir from January 1 to 27, 2024. Pre-orders possible from December 26, 2023.
