CinqSens Flan des Rois galette by Nicolas Paciello

Fancy a nice almond galette with a hint of vanilla and rum? Now's the time to discover the divine Galette des Rois by Nicolas Paciello (former chef of Prince de Galle and Fouquet's Paris).

This flaky galette, with a hint of fleur de sel, reveals a lovely vanilla note at the end. It's composed of an almond cream with the sweet scent of rum and Madagascar vanilla, surrounded by a puff pastry inverted for perfect rising. To complete the visual effect, the galette is covered withchopped vanilla almonds, giving it a snow-like appearance.

For cocoa lovers, the chef has created an exquisite variation on the traditional galette des rois: a chocolate galette. This delicacy is distinguished by its deliciously crisp puff pastry, filled with a rich frangipane decorated with milk and dark chocolate chips, and subtly sprinkled with cocoa nibs. Please note: it will be available exclusively in stores on January 6.
