For European Heritage Days 2021, Paris Musée Curie opens all weekend, on September 18 and 19 to discover the story of the family with 5 Nobel Prizes. Scientific heritage fans, you know what to do!

To celebrate European Heritage Days, taking place on September 18 and 19, 2021, the Musée Curie exceptionally opens all weekend long and provides outdoor guided tours (by registration and limited to 10 people).

What a wonderful way to discover the Curies’ universe, the family who won five Novel Prizes (Marie got two, her Husband Pierre, her daughter Irène and her son-in-law Frédéric Joliot) whose discoveries allowed to understand the phenomena of radioactivity and create major medical applications.

Set in Marie Curie’s former home, where she actually studied and taught radioactivity over a century ago, the Musée Curie offer several instructive tours and activities to enjoy with your family. You can visit the scientist’s office, Marie Curie's own chemistry laboratory and the garden she created between the two pavilions and the radium institute.
