Built between 1913 and 1915 by the Heidelbach couple and set 150 meters from the Musée Guimet, it's both a place where Chinese furniture collections are displayed for visiors and a relaxing area. Its garden - that reopened in spring 2018 - houses a tea pavilion, the chashitsu.

This big and bright garden created by architects Agnes Latour-Kurashige and Jean-Sébastien Cluzel welcomes a genuine tea house given in 2001 by Japan, designed by architect Nakamura Masao.

  • Visit the apartments of the hôtel Heidelbach, Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4:35 p.m.
Enjoy a 30-minute guided tour of these opulent-looking apartments. Built by architect René Sergent for a wealthy American couple, the hotel keeps the typical indoors of the period's taste and the transformations of the lifestyle, prior to modernity.
