European Heritage Days 2019 at the Museum of Freemasonry

On September 21 and 22, 2019, the Musée de la franc-maçonnerie [Museum of Freemasonry] will open for free as part of European Heritage Days and proposes exclusive tours to discover the values and the culture of this organization.

For European Heritage Days, the Musée de la Franc-Maçonnerie opens for free on Saturday September 21 and Sunday 22, 2019. For the weekend, you can visit for free the permanent exhibition about the story of Freemasonry.

You can dive to the heart of an organization unleashing passion and a culture that is over 300 years old. You’ll learn how Freemasonry influenced the evolution of the society, the iconographic engravings enabling to identify it and you’ll know more about this fascinating heritage.

But it’s also the occasion to discover Boucq: Leonardo Da Vinci deciphered. This temporary exhibition invites you revisit Leonardo Da Vinci’s work as seen from comics drawer François Boucq’s point of view. From the drawer’s eye, the structures of the works are unveiled to you and the presentation itself revolves around a dialog between both artists.

The occasion to discover the story of this society, its values, culture as well as to understand the implication of the organization in the world and how it works.
