And the Maison de l'UNESCO is no exception to the rule! Located in the capital's chic 7th arrondissement, the UNESCO headquarters will be opening its doors on Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th September 2023, from 10am to 6pm. There will be no guided tours here, but instead, you'll be free to explore this temple to the safeguarding of the world's cultural heritage on your own (no reservations required).
An opportunity to learn more about this mythical UNESCO House and rediscover its modern architecture, its unique collection of works of art and its Japanese garden!
This 40th edition of the European Heritage Days is a unique opportunity to admire the masterpieces on display atUNESCO: masterpieces by Picasso, Miro, Moore, Chillida and Giacometti and an incredible fresco by street artist Vhils.
Self-guided tours, free of charge and without reservation, will take place on September 16 and 17, 2023, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
