Since the antiquity, perfume art fills rooms and bodies with fragrances. Used as a seduction and wellness tool, perfume crosses ages and remain a precious potion triggering desire and curiosity.
For the 35th edition of European Heritage Days, the Musée du parfum Fragonard organizes “olfactive journeys” in the heart of the perfume world.
At 1 p.m., 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. on Saturday 15 and Sunday September 16, 2018, discover thanks to a guided tour and a perfume workshop the Musée Fragonard as well as the art of creating the perfume. From the flower harvest composing the perfumes up to the bottling, each and every step of the manufacture of a fragrance will be detailed.
Then, you will even have the opportunity to try your hand! Indeed, along with the maison perfumers, you can create and personalize your mini eau de toilette inspired by “Fleur de l’Année” [Flower of the Year].
Note that these workshops are entirely free of charge, you only have to book by sending an email to the museum to take part.
