Literature enthusiasts and bookworms are expected on Saturday September 18, 2021 at Paris Centre National du Livre (National Book Center) for an exclusive tour on European Heritage Days.

Good book fans, keep reading! The Centre National du Livre exceptionally opens for the 38thedition of European Heritage Days on Saturday September 18, 2021. A public area by the Ministry of Culture inviting Parisians and other curious people for free self-guided and guided tours. Meet at the CNL from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Careful though, the admission is free of charge but by booking only via this link.

As for the Centre national du livre itself, it aims at supporting – thanks to different measures and commissions – all the players of the book chain: authors, publishers, booksellers, literature event organizers. The center actively participates in the French influence and creation.

This institution is set since January 1986 in a splendid private mansion, the Hôtel d’Avejan and enjoys a small private garden you can discover on sunny days. This year, the center offers to enjoy a dialog between the heritage and the contemporary creation through tours of the building and the Anthony Guerrée exhibition, lectures, design book display and Marcel Proust's work exhibition supported by the CNL.

What a wonderful outing with your family or friends!
