This theater is a true Hausmann architecture gem, of the same style that has been making Paris famous. Inaugurated in 1860, it sits for over two centuries in the Place du Châtelet, a stone’s throw from the Seine river. For European Heritage Days 2021 in Paris, you can discover in a new light the richness of this emblematic theater ordered by the Baron Haussmann and discover its story and all its secrets. From the terrace with incredible views of Paris to the show venue, to the foyers, you will be blown away.
You are expected this Saturday September 18 from noon to 1 p.m., and on Sunday September 19, 2021 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. for exclusive guided tours of the Théâtre du Châtelet carried out in groups of 20 people maximum.
