Paris is adorned with lights as Christmas is slowly coming upon us. This year, Paris mayor Anne Hidalgo has launched the lights in Paris streets this November 24, 2019. For a month, from November 24 to December 24, 2019, over 150 streets in Paris will be lit and supported by the city council.

The French capital is putting on its Sunday’s best. Paris streets are progressively lit in November 2019 to make our eyes sparkle and over 150 streets will glimmer every night from November 24 to December 24, 2019.

Paris Mayor Anne Hidalgo has kicked off the Champs-Elysées Christmas lights. These lights are often initiatives coming from committees of local storekeepers supported by Paris city council.

Every year, over 150 streets and 70 neighborhoods are decorated with lights for the Holiday season. These lights mix magic and energy control since low-energy LED bulbs are used to decorate these streets.
