And to top it all off, celebrity chef Thierry Marx will be the patron of this culinary event. It's the biggest fresh produce wholesale market in the world," he says, "but above all, it's a food and economic lung that has a social and environmental impact, particularly on vocational training in the catering trades, where recruitment is at a premium, a subject close to my heart.

For the occasion, join Thierry Marx on Friday, November 15 from 7:00 pm to 11:30 pm for the inauguration party, and on Sunday, November 17 from 11:00 am to 11:30 am for his masterclass on the theme " La cuisine, maîtrise du geste et du temps ".

Produced and orchestrated by the Øconnection agency in partnership with Rungis International Market, the festival's mission is to"celebrate culinary savoir-faire and the French art of living".
