A new step of measures to curb the propagation of the coronavirus epidemic has been made. This Monday evening, President Emmanuel Macron has announced partial lockdown in France. A confinement that translates into a strict limitation of social relationships and the obligation to show a derogatory trip certificate for any pressing trips listed below.
This March 16th, 2020 French President has decided to make measures to lessen contacts and trips to the bare minimum throughout France starting from Tuesday March 17th at noon and for at least two weeks.
From now on, gathering with friends or family is banned. The goal being to really stop social interactions to stop the propagation of the virus. For each trip, you'll have to download and fill in a certificate from the government website. The certificate can also be hand-written.
Note that the Secretary of the Interior confirms that the certifcate on your phones is not valid.
You can now move out with your certificate for the following reasons:
Another certificate for employees is also available. It's a certificate your employer has to fill in in case of asbolute necessity for the person who has it to go to work.
In case of breaking these regulations, people could be fined €135 starting Wednesday March 18 and, the goal being to really limit trips to the bare minimum.
