Parisians will once again be able to cruise the Seine thanks to the Batobus and Bateaux Parisiens shuttle services. The two companies, which have been stuck in the dock for several months due to the health crisis, are announcing their imminent return. Bateaux Parisiens will start operating on May 28, followed by Batobus shuttles from June 11, 2021.

After several months docked, with no Parisians or tourists on board, the Batobus and Bateaux Parisiens companies will once again be able to cruise the Seine. Bateaux Parisiens, the No. 1 company for cruises on the Seine, is looking forward to seeing all Paris lovers from May 28. For their part, Batobus shuttles plan to resume service on their nine stops in the heart of the capital from June 11, 2021.

Unfortunately, the resumption is likely to be complicated by the fact that there are far fewer tourists than usual at the same time of year. But Bateaux Parisiens is announcing the return of its " Children First! " operation, from May 28 to June 6 inclusive. The concept? Offer one free children's ticket (under 12) per adult ticket purchased, for guided cruises. " For the new season, we wanted to offer something special for families, who have a vital need to resume cultural and fun activities with their children," explained Arnaud Daniel, deputy general manager of Bateaux Parisiens, in a press release issued on May 25.

As for Bateaux Parisiens' Restaurant Cruises, they will be back from June 11, at lunch and dinner times.

For Batobus shuttles, you'll have to wait until June 11. Batobus serves nine stops in the heart of Paris, from the Jardin des Plantes to the Eiffel Tower, via the Louvre and Les Invalides.

So, are you ready to get back on the Seine thanks to Bateaux Parisiens and the Batobus shuttles?
