How is the government’s lockdown exit plan? While we are waiting for Emmanuel Macron’s statements expected in the regional press, here is what seems to be planned according to information revealed this Thursday April 29, 2021.

Starting from June 9, 20201, curfew is postponed again, but this time by 11 p.m. instead of 9 p.m. This is the last phase before curfew is fully lifted – as planned for June 30, 2021. For the first time, working from home can be eased. As for the reopening calendar, cafés and restaurants are given the green light to reopen indoor dining rooms with a fitted gauge and health protocol. Tables must not exceed 6 patrons. Gyms can also reopen: outdoor contact sports and indoor contact-free sports are allowed again. Cultural places and sports facilities can now receive up to 5,000 people holding a health pass. The latter will also allow foreign tourists to travel to France.
