Poorly-known by most people, metaverse is a virtual world likely to become necessary within a few years. The world’s first school devoted to this concept is to open in October 2022 in Paris.

To start with, what is metaverse? It is a virtual and immersive world considered as the future version of the Internet, where one will be taught to evolve with other people, via 3D interaction. With the apparition of this word and all the new possibilities, new trades start to emerge: cryptocurrency advisor, NFT seller, augmented reality designer… As many trainings that need to be invented. This is why a metaverse college is to open in October 2022 in Paris.

Ridouan Abagri got the idea of this “Metaverse College” opening in the La Défense neighborhood, within the Grande Arche this Fall. Many companies such as Carrefour or IBM are starting to look for profiles specialized in metaverse, but cannot find the right applicants as the training is not acknowledged by the State. Still poorly exploited, metaverse yet tends to become a genuine parallel world likely to grow into the focal point for the business world.

Facebook founder Marck Zuckerberg gave metaverse a major exposition in 2021 when he renamed his group Meta. This virtual reality world arouses curiosity and interest in young profiles who can learn at the Metaverse College to code, create augmented reality designs, understand the virtual art market rules or the bitcoin exchange rate… As many skills that will be soon very demanded and open to students with a 3-year or 5-year post-baccalaureate degree for €10,000 fees per year. This specialized school will be the first in the world, and you can sign up now for the next school start!
