Michelin Guide 2024: New starred restaurants in Paris and the Ile-de-France region

Expected like the Messiah, the list of Michelin Guide 2024 starred restaurants was unveiled on Monday March 18, 2024. Discover the 62 restaurants awarded one, two and even three stars, and in particular the 13 new starred restaurants in Paris and the Ile-de-France region!

A true tradition in the world of French gastronomy, the Michelin Guide unveiled its 2024 awards list on Monday March 18, at a ceremony held for the third time outside Paris, in Tours.

This year, the Michelin Guide 2024 has awarded a first star to 52 restaurants (including 23 restaurants that have just opened) out of the 62 new starred restaurants, all macaron included. Last year, 44 restaurants were promoted, 32 of which were awarded a first star. All in all, a particularly successful 2024 edition!

In Paris and the Ile-de-France region, 13 restaurants won their first macaron this year:

For the third year running, the Michelin Guide is also unveiling its " Chef Mentor" award, presented to a chef who is committed to training. Last year, the award went to Michel Troisgros, chef at Troisgros - Le bois sans feuilles (Ouches). This year, the trophy goes to Yannick Alléno.
One of the two Michelin Sommelier awards goes to Xavier Thuizat, sommelier at the L'Ecrin restaurant at theHôtel de Crillon - the second to Magali Delalex of the Barmes de l'Ours hotel (Val-d'Isère).
For the fifth year running, the Michelin Guide also revealed its 9 new green stars, including 1 in Paris, rewarding restaurants with a sustainable approach; as well as 8 restaurant and palace pastry chefs, including 2 Parisian chefs, joining the Passion Dessert 2024 promotion.

Maison Ruggieri (Paris 8), which received its first star last year, and L'Orangerie in the George V Palace (Paris 8).
The restaurants in the rest of France awarded a second star are : La Maison Benoît Vidal (Annecy), Sylvestre Wahid - Les Grandes Alpes (Courchevel), Le Mas Les Eydins (Bonnieux), Les Ambassadeurs by Christophe Cussac (Monaco) and La Maison Kervarrec (Saint-Grégoire).
