The Night of Museums Night 2018 is the perfect opportunity to discover many monuments and museums in the French capital. Located in the heart of the Cité de Chaillot, the Cité de l’Architecture would not avoid the yearly event.
All evening long, the Galerie des moulages (the hall of casts), the Galerie d’architecture moderne et contemporaine (the hall of modern and contemporary architecture) and the Galerie des peintures murales et des vitraux (the hall of wall paintings and stained-glass windows) will tell you their secrets throughout guided tours. You can then discover collections of models, walled cities maps, pieces of forgotten buildings, stained-glass windows and the building itself, a vestige of the Musée de la Sculpture comparée (comparative sculpture museum) open in 1882.
