On Museums Night shall we visit a museum outside Paris? On Saturday May 2017, be ready for a change of scenery and let’s go discover museums in Essonne!

Not less than 3,000 French museums took part in European Museums Night 2016 and over 2 million visitors answered the call. This year, thousands of activities are organized within the participating museums (concerts, guided tours, screenings, performances...).

  • Château de Dourdan
    For Museums Night, the Château de Dourdan, which is also a museum, opens its doors until late in the day. Grab this chance to learn more about fashion at the Middle-Ages, the theme of the current exhibition.

  • Musée intercommunale d’Etampes
    Museums Night offers the opportunity to discover the Estampes Biennale, an exhibition featuring ceramic and a showcase of Petit Prince d’Etampes pupils’ works within the city hall rooms.
