For Make Music Day 2022, on Tuesday June 21, restaurant Liquide, set 9 rue de l’Arbre Sec in Paris 1^st arrondissement, proposes a night mixing good food and good music!

By shaking up the codes, Chef Matthias Marc gives free rein to 5 Paris electro music artists. Taste will be king and ambiance the queen! Matthias Marc and Jarvis Scott also offer several open-air stands for foodies!

On the menu, you ask? The BFM (Burger Montbéliard Fumé), the Hot Fish enclosed fried spiked fish sausage and crawfish, or the Fluffy cochon with HP sauce. Of course, they are all served with potatoes covered in smoked cancoillotte. Indulging you said?
