This June 21, 4-star hotel Canopy Paris Trocadéro hosts a 90’s-2000 party to celebrate the return of summer and Make Music Day 2022!

Meet on Eylau Paris rooftop; this hybrid spot will turn into a luxury guinguette for the night. No tables, but dance and music from the 90’s and 2000’s with DJ @Alastair.Lane.

A Brasero Live show “Back-(s) Treat Food” is expected too, especially created by chef Robin Kubarek and his crew. On the menu, burgers, pitas and hot-dogs braised in front of drooling guests.

Craving a deeper peak at the menu? For this musical night enjoy the veggie smock burger (€24), the spicy pork BBQ burger (€26), the smock fish burger (€28), and the beef Charolais cheesy burger (€32). Pita bread fans will be delighted to nibble on pita chicken (€26), vegetarian pita (€24), whilst hot dog fans will have the Viennese hot-dog (€28) and the sausage & truffle hot dog (€28).

As for drink, a list of fruity and summery cocktails will be available from €15 to €17.
