Make Music Day 2022: France Inter hosts a live show at the L'Olympia

To celebrate the 40th edition of Make Music Day, France Inter intends to take over the legendary L'Olympia venue on Tuesday June 21, 2022, for a great night of shows. Stay tuned to discover the lineup.

Make Music Day 2022 is to be enjoyed on Tuesday June 21 at l'Olympia for a huge live event provided by France Inter. It has been several years now since the famous radio station Radio France has started to celebrate Make Music Day in this iconic venue in Paris.

After an edition held without an audience in 2020 because of the health crisis, a (limited) audience was able to celebrate music again in 2021 at L'Olympia with a series of 5 shows, including 3 with a live audience. Remmeber, last year Fey! Chatterton, Clara Luciani and London Grammar performed in this great venue set Boulevard des Capucines.

On Tuesday June 21, 2022, for the 40th anniversary of Make Music DayFrance Inter expects you again at the Olympia for a new program likely to make people envious. For the record, Make Music Day was launched in 1982 by the Ministry of Culture. The 2022 edition marks the 40th anniversary of this popular and free music event highly coveted by the general public. This anniversary version is the occasion to go back to basics of Make Music Day, "to emphasize the principles that lead to its creation: a festive, polular and spontaneous event aiming at everyone and aiming at shining a light on and promoting amateur practices", the Ministry of Culture explains on their official website.
