Discreet five-star hotel San Régis gourmet restaurant Les Confidences switches to Valentine’s Day mode on Monday February 14, 2022. On the occasion, the restaurant chef, Romain Leydier, has created a special menu to enjoy with your soulmate, celebrated with champagne in a very intimate setting.

At the Les Confidences, an elegant human-sized restaurant, enjoy several sofas under the glass roof with views on the winter garden. Or the lounge, even more discreet and remote featuring a fireplace.

The place’s talented chef Romain Leydier has decided to based his menu called “Dîner Alexandra” on the vintage champagne Laurent-Perrier, Alexandra Rosé 2004. An exceptional vintage opening this Valentine’s Day meal.
