We love the smoked salmon tartlet paired with beetroot shaping a sublime and divine flower. With its vinaigrette passion, we feel the heat raising. The Patate-Caviar is crazy, a lucky mix likely to seduce more than one, and last but not least, the rose praline and marshmallow dessert is for the regressive people we are.
