Our favorite piece of this "Strawberry Crush Collection" by Pierre Marcolini, this heart is to be enjoyed on your own or to share. it is based on Piedmont hazelnut and toasted Japanese sesame crunch with Quimper crêpe dentelle, topped with hazelnut gianotti. The whole covered in Grands Crus Cuba - Sao Tome chocolates. A treat likely to make you fall in love!

Moving on to pastry, Maison Pierre Marcolini has come up with the Duo entremets to share or not... Under a homemade white chocolate shell, foodies will enjoy lemony sponge cake topped with toasted sesame nougatine, light Madagascan vanilla mousse twisted with a bit of Timut pepper and a core made of... strawberry confit, of course!
