Discover Moulin Rouge costume designers and artisans

These coming April 4, 7 and 8, meet and greet Moulin Rouge Maisons d’Arts. Bootmakers and feather workers open their doors so that you can make extraordinary discoveries behind the scenes of the entertainment world.

If Moulin Rouge knows how to sparkler because of its bombastic shows that make the French capital famous worldwide, it’s also because of the costumes dressing stage artists. Blending into dancers and actors, we rarely remember the costumes when we leave a show and yet, they are essentials!

On the occasion of the European Artistic Crafts Days, artisans working for Paris Moulin Rouge welcome you for three days in April. On April 4, 7 and 8, you will have the – rare – chance to go behind the scenes of these revues and other cabarets. Maison Clairvoy bootmaker, Maison Février feather worker and in exclusivity this year, Atelier de Création de Costumes and Atelier Valentin embroiderer will explain their work, the outcome of an exceptional savoir-faire and especially conducted for Moulin Rouge.

What a lovely outing idea, isn’t it?
